Successful ISO45001, ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditation with Connors Building and Restoration Ltd Li
March 2020 were asked by Connors to help them with their upcoming ISO audit.
Smart Safety were able to act upon this request quickly and efficiently resulting in a very successful audit without any non-conformance raised by the assessor.

We worked with Smart Safety after our previous internal Health & Safety Manager left our business. We were fast approaching our annual ISO Audit, added to this was the conversion from one ISO standard to another. This was a big undertaking for which we had limited knowledge and experience of the process and requirements. Tom came in and did a full and thorough review of our current provision and put forward a detailed plan on what needed to be done to secure a successful result.
We had thought that our systems and processes worked well beforehand but the review carried out by Tom showed us more effective and efficient working practices. Tom was always at the end of the phone or an email whenever we needed him and he even coached and supported us through the audit on the day.
Without Tom’s extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism, I don’t believe we would have had the successful result in achieving our certification. Tom’s determination and desire to succeed has also enabled the conversion of ISO standard to be smooth and stress-free.
We really cannot thank Tom enough. With the support and guidance he has provided, I am sure we are set up to succeed in 2020 and beyond. We will continue to utilise Smart Safety Services and recommend them to others who may be in a similar position to ourselves.
